Refund policy

If you need to return an item no worries. Just make sure to return it within 7 days of receipt. It would be great if you could contact us first so that we will be expecting it and to expedite the refund. Please make sure the items are unworn and unwashed. Items must have all tags including DeZeStar hangtags attached. All sale items are Final Sale. All hair accessories, Face Masks and hats cannot be returned. The same rules apply to International returns. You will receive refund in original form of payment. We will not be able to refund duties, taxes or shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of when we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non refundable. Thanks
